Refund & Donation Policy
We are grateful for your support of Wine On The Vine. This policy explains our approach to donations and refunds.
1. All Donations Are Final
All donations made through our website are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
2. Donation Errors
If you believe a donation was made in error or you experienced an issue with the transaction, please contact us within 7 days at info@wineonthevine.org. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Recurring Donations
If you are enrolled in a recurring donation plan and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time by contacting us or managing your settings via your account. Future payments will be stopped, but previous ones are non-refundable.
4. Tax Receipts
We provide tax receipts for all qualifying donations. If you did not receive a receipt or need a duplicate, please contact us at the email above.
